South Eastern Region 65th Anniversary Meet
14th-17th June 2012
The Hop Farm, Beltring, Near Paddock Wood, Kent

Theme for the weekend is Treasure Island. Full weekend of activities has been organised including:

Dear Camping Friends

Each year our Region runs a competition for members to design the pennon for the Anniversary Meet. All are invited to compete.

The theme for the event will be of Your Choice.

The date for the rally; 13th-16th June 2013

The venue: The Hop Farm, Beltring, Near Paddock Wood, Kent.

The competition is open to all members of The Camping and Caravanning Club, and designs should be submitted to the Regalia Officer by Saturday midday of the anniversary meet or via your DA & Section Reps to Region Council. Voting takes place from 1.30pm and closes around 9pm (the interval) on the Saturday of the meet.

Maximum of Two ink colours, on a white background.

Alternatively, One Ink colour on a coloured background.

The design should include the following;

"South Eastern Region 65th Anniversary Meet”.

The Title of your chosen theme.

A place for the Venue and Date. to be inserted.

A position for the Club Logo, (the printers will insert the correct logo.)

The inclusion of more than the maximum number of colours permitted may mean your pennon design will be withdrawn from the competition.

Hand drawn designs are welcomed, but may be computer enhanced for the final design.

All entries will be judged by members attending the 64th SER Anniversary meet 2012.

Please include your membership number, full name and contact detail on the reverse of your design.
