Weekend Meets - Up to 5 days

Weekend meets as the name suggest are our camping meets held over the course of a weekend, however they can last up to 5 days. At South Downs we pride ourselves in the fact that many off our meets offer the longer stay option. Some of our meets we hold have organised social gatherings with entertainment, at others its more informal, but all set within beautiful peaceful locations.

All our sites will offer a fresh water tap and elsan point, sometimes more facilities are available and this will be shown in the detail section. Prices and more info can be found here

All adults camping must be Camping and Caravanning Club members at weekend meets.
If there are more adults staying in a unit there may be the option of reduced membership fee by becoming an associated member. Please ask.There is the option of non members staying at our Temporary Holiday Sites, please look at that section for more info.
Organised and run by the Club’s Regions, DAs and Special Interest Sections, Meets offers thousands of opportunities each year for members to enjoy idyllic surrounds locally or further afield.

Offering minimum facilities, a Club Meet will normally take place over a weekend, but can last for up to five days. Members can stay for a night or the entire duration, and all fees paid go back into the Club to ensure that we can continue to offer future events for members.

Many offer entertainment or are organised with a particular theme, however some Meets sole purpose is to enjoy the peace and quiet in a warm and friendly atmosphere.

Club Meets are only available to our members, so you can guarantee a ‘Friendly Club’ welcome, while being surrounded by like-minded campers who take the same pleasures from camping and caravanning that you do.
